Just thought you'd like to see how we set up your nursery before you came along :) This week we have made the final touches (i.e. stocked up on nappies!) and we also finally got your car seat installed. Feel free to make your grand entrance any time now, your dad and I are ready (or at least we have plenty of supplies on hand!). We took Soda for one last walk along the beach to see if we could walk you out, but no such luck! Never mind, we'll meet you soon enough :)

After the baby shower we had at home, my work friends surprised me with another baby shower! It was absolutely beautiful and I was yet again blown away by the 'above and beyond' factor that my Notre Dame family always seem to achieve- they had secretly been making you a quilt for the past few months!
The theme of the quilt is Dr Seuss, and as you can see from the photos below it is full of colour! It is absolutely gorgeous and I was overwhelmed by not only the time and effort it would have taken to make it but also the fact that the ladies who made it know how important quilting is to our family.
While I am excited to be on maternity leave now, I am definitely going to miss the people I work with (although I'm sure we'll be popping in often so you can have lots of cuddles with them all!).
