Christmas catch ups with friends

Dear Matthew

In the lead up to Christmas we have been catching up with your friends from mother's group as well as your friends Olivia and Archie (Bree's kids). With mother's group we met up at Point Walter Reserve where you had a great time playing in the water and on the playground with Chloe and Charlotte (and enjoyed a few chips afterwards). With Bree's kids we met up at the Esplanade Park in Fremantle and had a great play on all the equipment and enjoyed a picnic on the grass.

Both times you were spoilt with presents and had a lot of fun in the beautiful summer sun we've been experiencing.

How lucky are we to have such wonderful friends?!

Christmas arts and crafts

Dear Matthew

 

When I was pregnant with you I would often think about all the activities we could eventually do together. I'm not particularly creative but wanted to make sure you had plenty of opportunities to have fun with arts and crafts.

 

In the lead up to Christmas we did lots of painting and made plenty of presents - wall hangings for your aunty Courtney (at her request!) and mistletoes for us and your grandparents. The photos below show all the fun we had :) I love how you really get on board with my activities- looking forward to doing many more in the future!
